You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at legal@solos.ca to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
